What is your historic KDS product reliability?
Although many fabricated sales pitches
are out there claiming reliable products, at SEC we will provide to you
our historic data showing the performance of our entire product installation
base. Less than 1/2% of all 130,000+ SEC products in use result in performance
failures in each of the last 3 years. We calculate our product performance
every year on every product in use for the last 12+ years (not just the
products installed in one year) . We successfully tested our IPad KDS with 10
repeated 5 foot vertical drops onto a concrete slab without a failure. How about ISO9001

How long has your company been offering Kitchen Display Systems?
SEC
personnel have been designing KDS since 1985. Back in 1993, SEC
released its first KDS products. At that time, SEC
was the first to introduce remote display of VGA formats, commonly used
now by most KDS providers.

Do all KDS providers require sales people?
SEC does not utilize high
sales personnel presence, nor trade show exposure. When you have a premium performance KDS and can offer it at the
lowest price, the product itself is our best salesman. Remember, you
ultimately are
paying for salesman commissions. Our sales have grown every year since 1995,
despite recent economic slow downs.

Flexibility is
